Google Classroom isn't really set up for parents to join. There are only two roles in Classroom: teacher and student. Parents won't be able to join Classrooms because they don't have an account on the school domain. Instead, we recommend these solutions:
- For parents of younger students: Advise the parent to log into Google Classroom with the student's RaiderID to view announcements, assignments, and other content published by the student's teacher
- For parents of older students: Enable guardian summaries in Google Classroom (please note that accepting an invitation to receive guardian summaries will not give you access to the Classroom)
