1. Plug in a USB drive to the display. (Plugging the USB drive into to the side of the board instead of into the front of the board can prevent it from being hit by a person who may walk too close to the board.)

  2. From the Home screen, tap Files Library  icon 

  3. Tap Shortcut icon and select USB Files. Files on the USB drive appear.

  4. Tap the file you want to display.
