Some users may experience issues with accessing certain necessary applications and services when logged into their Lakota-issued Microsoft account, such as Outlook. Switching between a Lakota-issued Microsoft account to another organization's Microsoft account, such as a university or college, may resolve some of these issues. The following steps can be taken to switch between accounts:
- Go to office.com and log in if prompted
- Select your profile picture at the top right-hand corner (this may be your initials)
- Select Sign in with a different account
- Sign in with the other Microsoft account, such as a university or college account
You should now be able to access all Microsoft-related applications and services permitted by the organization. Should there be any further issues with switching accounts or accessing applications/services, contact the Technology Department.
